This video covers the research evidence of how all of the Vitamin A a person consumes, carotenoids or retinoids, is converted by the body into the exact same retinoic acids as Accutane (13-cis retinoic acid) and Retin-A (all-trans retinoic acid). It also shows via the research that “natural” Vitamin A causes exactly the same toxicity problems at exactly the same doses as supplemental Vitamin A. VITAMIN A IS NOT A VITAMIN, IT IS A POISON. Don’t put Accutane and Retin-A in your body, don’t eat Vitamin A, you don’t need it and never needed it. The only thing you should do now is work on getting it out of you, and that is my specialty.
