It’s fermented probiotic drink

Ingredients:

1- Black Carrots: 5 to 7 pcs.
2- Salt: 4-5 tbsps
3- Red chilli: 2 tsps
4- Rai Powder: 4 tbsps
5- Pipli & Kabab chini: 2 tsps
6- Methidana Powder: 1 1/2 tsps
7- Amla: 9-10 ps. Boiled or raw
8- Apple cider organic vinegar: 3 tbsps
9- Ordinary vinegar: 2 tbsps
10- Water: 4-5 litters
11- Sodabicarb: 1 tsp
12- Chia seeds: 1 tsp

Method: Soak gajar in vinegar, Sodabicarb and salt for 2 hours just to remove any chemicals and pesticides. Wash it again in fresh water.
Please don’t remove skin of kali gajar. Cut them into different shape of your choice.

Put them in a bowl or a jar, add salt, chillipowder, rai, pipli, kabab chini, methidana powder, Amlas, apple cider vinegar, Ordinary vinegar and water. Stir it very verywell. skin of the gajar will react with air bacteria and its becomes a natural living drink. it will get fermented in 5 to 6 days. Must carrots with it, can eat carrots with pakodas or add in salads or can make pickle by adding few drops of muster oil.
It’s a very testy beautiful wine color drink.

Put them in soaked chiaseeds, roasted bhallas, giloy and ashwagandha extracte, fruit punch, wine, rum, liquor enjoy the variety of drinks.

Health benefits and medicinal properties:

Skin: Don’t remove the skin of gajar (skin full of yeast) and air bacteria makes a living drink and the process is called lactofermantation.
Good for growth of gut bacteria and its boost immunity.

Black Carrots: Are anti-inflammatory, anti oxidant, good for eys, very good for digestion, liver, riach in fiber, vitamin C, K, calcium, potassium, low in calories.
