Interestingly, the death rate from the Corona virus in Norway is 2-3 times lower than the average. Of 50,000 cases, they had only 436 deaths. Norway has the same population as Colorado or Minnesota. However, Norway has 7 times fewer cases and 10 times fewer deaths compared to Colorado. They also have 10 times fewer cases and 12 times fewer deaths compared to Minnesota.
Norway is clearly doing something very right.
I think this may be due to the amount of cod liver oil and oily fish they consume. Finland has similar Covid statistics.
What cod liver oil makes it so effective? Well, cod liver oil contains:
Omega-3 fatty acids
Vitamin E
Vitamin A
Vitamin D.
All of these vitamins help support a healthy immune system.
Although the research is inconclusive, it may not be a bad idea to include fatty fish or cod liver oil in your diet.
