sarso leaves 500 gms serves 4
2 tbs desi ghee solid
1 inch adrak finally chopped
8 cloves garlic finally chopped
1 dry red chilli
3/4 tsp salt
1 big bulb onion finally chopped
1 green chilli finally chopped
1/4 red chill flakes
1 tomato grated
1 tbs mustard oil
1 tbs wheat or bajra or makki atta

soak sag in vinegar,salt ,water n soda(1tsp each) for few minutes,just to remove parasites, bacteria, virus n microbes.

put in cooker d stems(gandals) first n then leaves,add garlic ,adrak ,2 tbs water n salt,wait for 4-5 whistles, after last whistle put cooker under water n open it immediately so we get lush green color, mash it wid masher,if its sweet then add mustard oil(heat) keep aside.

kadahi, put ghee,dry red chilly ,onions, green chilly, red chilli flakes, salt,keep stirring, add grated tomatoes, cook for 5-6 minutes.

Add boiled sag in to kadahi,stirr well,add wheat atta n keep stirring.

Garnishing,wid red chillies n white butter n serve hot.
