Hello and welcome to FadaGugs Channel, today’s video i’ll be showing you how to make an easy Immune System Smoothie for amazing benefits. This smoothie will kick start your day and is packed with a lot of goodness.

Ingredients:
1. 1/2 Cup Pineapple
2. Nice Piece Of Ginger
3. Nice Piece Of Turmeric
4. Kiwi
5. 1/4 Cup Pumpkin Seed
6. 1 1/2 Cup of Almond Milk or Milk of your choice

Now lets talk a little about each ingredients:
PINEAPPLE is a tropical fruit available in any grocery store and a staple in many homes around the world. Eating fruits and vegetables of all types has long been associated with a reduced risk of many lifestyle-related health conditions.
Many studies have suggested that increasing consumption of plant foods like pineapples decreases the risk of obesity, overall mortality, diabetes, and heart disease. It also promotes a healthy complexion and hair, increased energy, and an overall lower weight.
The vitamins and minerals in pineapple could help shorten viral and bacterial infections and strengthen your bones. There’s also a little evidence that pineapple may help prevent cancer and even help fertility by improving the quality of sperm.

Ginger: Has a very long history of use in various forms of traditional and alternative medicine. It’s been used to aid digestion, reduce nausea, and help fight the flu and common cold, to name a few of its purposes. It contains gingerol which has powerful medicinal properties, and is good for reducing gas and improving digestion. Other health benefits of ginger include relieving nausea, easing a cold or the flu, relieving pain, reducing inflammation, supporting cardiovascular health and lowering cancer risk.

Turmeric: Its powerful ingredient, curcumin, have a range of health benefits. Antioxidants have the potential to prevent heart disease, eye conditions and alzheimer’s. It’s anti-inflammatory properties can help people with arthritis. Turmeric may even reduce the risk or spread of cancer.

Kiwi: Fruit is well known for its high vitamin C content, with 53mg per kiwi more than is found in the same quantity of orange. Vitamin C plays plenty of important roles in our health, including keeping cells healthy and helping with wound healing. They’re also a source of some vitamin E, which helps to support the immune system, plus foliate, the natural form of folic acid that helps the body form healthy red blood cells; calcium, a building block of healthy bones and teeth, and potassium, which supports heart health.

Pumpkin Seed: Pumpkin seeds are super high in essential fatty acids, including omega 3 and often plant based omega 6, as well as being high in antioxidants.
They are also rich in vitamins and minerals like manganese and vitamin K both of which are important in helping wounds heal. They also contain zinc a mineral that helps the immune system fight bacteria and viruses.
