Crushed Pepper – 1/4 TSP
Honey
2)Garlic Honey

3) Vitamin Rich Juice

Carrot – 2 medium sized
4) Ginger – Cardamom Tea
Water -2 Cups
Ginger – 1 Inch Grated
Cardamom -2 Pods
Cinnamon – 2 Sticks
Tea Powder -1 TSP
Jaggery -2 TSP
5) Immunity Boosting Vegetable Soup
Oil
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 TBSP
Green chillies – 2-3
Carrots – 1 cup
Beans – 1 cup
Cabbage -1 cup
