Lemon squash/ Summer drink/
Vitamin c drink/ Immunity drink
Ingredients:
Lemon juice:1 cup
Sugar:3 cups
water as required
Method:
Melt sugar in a kadai with just enough water ( water just enough to cover the sugar). Boil till sugar dissolves.
Allow to boil for a minute. Allow the sugar syrup to cool to room temperature.
Add lime juice and mix well.
Always better to be refrigerated.
