How to improve immunity during COVID-19?
We cannot boost our immunity, whereas we can protect our immunity by doing the following:
Avoid:
1) Smoking
2) Alcohol
3) Depression
4) Excess Sugar
5) Oily Food
Follow:
1) 8-9 hours of sleep
2) Drink 3-4 litres of water (1 litre = 25 kgs body weight)
3) Include diet that contains high proteins like nuts , fruits and raw vegetables
4) Include high content citrus fruits like amla, oranges, mosambi, cucumber etc.
5) Regular exercise for 30 minutes
P.S:- Include supplements like Vit. C & Vit. D only when there is HIGH deficiency of these vitamins in your body, otherwise not needed. It has been noted that people eating Vit. C 500 mg thrice daily are getting hospitalised due to kidney stones & problems related to kidney. Anything in excess is harmful.
