Take more vitamin d and vitamin D deficiency is bad for bones but also having too much vitamin D is bad for bones so I encourage everyone to get their vitamin D level checked or make sure you’re just not getting too much vitamin D most people need between 400

And 2 000 international units of vitamin D daily so you don’t need to take the high-dose supplements of 5000 of D daily some people do but most people don’t
