As promised here are 2 our tea recipes:

Dr Francine’s FAV Immune Boosting Tea

1 lemon peeled and seeds removed
1 piece large fresh garlic peeled
1-2 fresh turmeric root (can use powdered turmeric)
1-2 cloves fresh garlic
pinch of sea salt
water
optional – cayenne pepper

Simmer for about an hour in a medium sized pot – medium low heat. You should have enough for several cups of tea through the day. Pour into a cup and let it cool slightly. Once cooled add a teaspoon of honey (optional – a splash of apple cider vinegar). I tend to let it cool a bit in order to maintain the healthy properties of the honey and apple cider vinegar.

Ginger Echinacea Tea Recipe

Ingredients:
1 ginger tea bag
1/2 tablespoon honey (or to taste)
Juice of half a lemon
1-2 teaspoons Suro Elderberry Syrup
Instructions:
Pour 1 cup of boiled water over the tea bag.
Stir in honey, lemon juice, and elderberry syrup.
Let the tea steep for 2-5 minutes, or longer for a stronger tasting tea.
Remove the tea bag and enjoy warm.
