At 61, I’m still training as hard and as often as I can, doing my best to maintain muscle mass and strength, and staying mentally focused.

I also include some footage of today’s home garage workout consisting of Flat barbell bench press
along with bodyweight squats performed as a superset.
The workout consisted of 100 total reps on the bench and
250 total bodyweight squats.
