Creatine is supposedly one of the best fitness supplements money can buy.
So why does it not work for some people?
Well it seems that it might have to do with a little thing we call genetics.
That’s right, like many things, our genetics might influence the physiological pathways responsible for the effects of creatine.
Unfortunately for some, it seems that there are certain gene variations that don’t play too well with creatine supplementation.
An important disclosure however is that this research is still really new, so we should wait a bit before was say for sure that creatine sucks for us because of genetics.
But if creatine is indeed not working for you, it’s good to know that it might have less to do with what we can control.
