The hardest work is working on yourself. I agree. Not lifting a heavy weight. That’s why everyone chooses to lift weights rather than work on themselves. That’s right. And when a person comes here, the question is, why did you come here? What is your goal? Often people come and they punch the bags like boxers. They overeat, drink too much, drown their problems in alcohol. And here they try to train them with heavy weights to release aggression. But when you release aggression, admit that you are releasing aggression. Don’t expect your muscles to grow. And if you want your muscles to grow, that’s a different story.
