Are your vitamins real or fake? Here are some of the lies we’ve been told about synthetic vitamins. Okay, number one, the composition. Is it natural? Well, here’s a great indicator. If you look at your vitamins, if there’s a chemical name in brackets after the name of that vitamin, that’s a great indicator that it is synthetically derived. And a lot of them come from the prochemical industry as we can see in this research. Number two, absorption issues. So, great form here to look at is folic acid. Folic acid does not exist in nature.
