My supplement stack 🫡⬇️

Nice and simple:

Morning:
• Vitamin C, vitamin D3 + K2, B-complex.

Before gym:
• Tongkat ali, creatine in the winter, and a megadose of caffeine (multiple coffees and/or green tea).

Before bed:
• Zinc and magnesium with L-theanine

Other things included in my sup stack I like but don’t get to take everyday:
• Lions mane, chaga, quercetin, maca, ginseng, NMN & NAD, fadogia agrestis

Things I’d like to try:
• Cordyceps, shilajit, bee pollan

what supplements do I take I take vitamin C preferably in the form of some nice citrus fruit and vitamin D3 with K2 in the morning i also take a B complex and some nice fish oil if I have it before the gym I take two capsules of tonut alley and in the winter months when I’m powerlifting several grams of creatine before bed I’ll take about 50 millig of zinc and 500 millig of magnesium with althenine there’s other supplements that I’ve outlined in my supplement stack such as NAD and corsetin but I don’t always have them on hand what I’ve outlined in my substack is what I take in a perfect world but really C D and B in the morning tonkadali before the gym and zinc and magnesium before bed are the only supplements I take consistently
