today quercetin quercetin has been an interesting supplement that is gaining more attention in its helpfulness in dealing with viruses now it is a product that has not been researched over long-term use so many professionals will recommend taking 500 milligrams a couple times a day during approximate 12-week period so if you feel like you’re maybe going to be exposed to some viruses or you’re coming down with something that would be the time to take the quercetin it is a flavonoid and a very potent antioxidant supplement number two is one of my favorites i’ve been literally taking it for over 20 years for a variety of reasons because it has so many benefits it’s called nac short for n acetyl cysteine it is a really powerful antioxidant and it has many anti-inflammatory properties but what i especially like about it right now in the current season of so many different viruses is it has great protection over the lungs now nac can be taken on a regular basis but you do want to take it on an empty stomach because it’s an amino acid and you don’t want it to bind to food in order to get the very best benefit the third supplement is one of my favorites for just general health immunity and all that good stuff and it is because it helps boost the most important of all antioxidants glutathione in our body it’s called bronchoglutathione and it’s on our website store it is a very specific brand because in years past when we tried to give glutathione as a supplement it got broken down in the gut and of to no benefit but this unique combination of bronchoglutathione actually is very very effective and can really help build your immune system and here’s one that you’ve probably heard of but maybe you haven’t added it to your diet yet i really like it not only for its immune building but because specifically to build immunity also against many forms of cancer are various types of mushroom supplements especially something called lion’s mane on our website store
