Welcome back to the channel! I’m officially 7 days into my daily posting challenge, and the consistency is already starting to pay off. In this video, I talk about the ups and downs of uploading every day on YouTube, how it’s helping me stay focused, and why this commitment is about more than just content—it’s about self-discipline and personal growth.

I’m also still on track with my gym routine and healthy diet, and after just one week, I’m already noticing visible changes around my waistline. It’s slow progress, but it’s progress nonetheless!

On top of that, my acne-prone skin is finally starting to calm down. While it’s not perfect yet, it’s noticeably better compared to where I started. I also just received my Vitamin C treatment and plan to begin using it next week as part of my post-acne skincare routine.

good morning you guys today’s vlog we starting at the gym for me it’s going to be a day off my back but it’s always starting with a little bit of the cardio i’m normally spending on the treadmill about 15 20 minutes but today I didn’t have much time so that was 10 minutes uh all my workout today took about 40 minutes which I think it is completely fine and you don’t really need more than that especially if you’re exercising every day if you’re exercising two or three times a week then maybe you should spend a little bit more time at the gym but I’m trying to exercise every day and which is why I’m usually taking like 40 minutes of my day no more than that my favorite back exercises include a lot of pull downs and a lot of back stretching this is very important i just wanted to give a little remark i think the beauty of a person and the beauty of a woman especially it is her posture for me it is just imagine if I’ll be sitting like this right this is completely different woman compared to this here we go of course our posture not only depends on our physical state but also on our mental state for instance uh our self-esteem also has a reflection in our posture but that doesn’t mean that we should stop working on our backs at the gym because it’s kind of half and half and these two are highly correlated so you work on your physical your mental also improves you work on your mental and your physical will improve let’s be back in the gym and here it is um there was about two weeks maybe a little more since I started taking care of my physical appearance and watching my diet pretty closely and improving my exercising routine and I think I see a positive results the situation definitely improved itself uh but this is very far from over i’m going to continue dieting if I’m going to continue fasting doing prolong fasting once a week and uh doing like uh overnight prolong fasting once a month i’m back did you miss me as I mentioned huge part of her successful weight loss strategy is a dieting and which is why I’m cooking almost every day for today they have a chicken with vegetables cheese only on one part of the chicken this is for my husband and while it cooks in the oven I tended my 2 and 1/2 hours [Music] we can eat i’m just going to close my camera like yesterday our dinner is ready and this is how it looks it is about 6:30 in Denver and my class is far from over but I’m going to have my food because it is late in the day and I normally try not to eat after 7 so I decided to just turn off my camera mute myself and have my food all right guys yes I just finished up with my class that was that was a good one i really like the professor she’s super cool she’s very knowledgeable very intelligent but very approachable this is you know those are the qualities I do respect in people so she’s awesome i’m a fan this as you can see so yeah there is one more class and then I will have to take an exam and that one will be over for me um one more class will be uh over also by the end of this month and there is Spanish spanish is going to continue for another two weeks but that’s okay i’m managing and I’m going to start my media class uh media studies class and uh my uh shame psychology class i’m very excited for that one uh I think it’s going to be an interesting class for me because there is a correlation between shame and self-esteem so looking forward to it now acne problem i think it is getting a little better it still look looks pretty horrible but uh it is healing it is healing uh I can see it i can feel it uh even though there is discoloration right on my cheek over here uh at least the texture of the skin is normal so I’ll just need to wait until it heals and it probably going to take a few months but the process is going pretty fast after I started taking the gelatin again so I’m getting some there i’m getting some there and by the way I’ve got my um Amazon delivery so my serum and my face cream with vitamin C is here uh and my other one is ending so I’m going to start using the new one uh and maybe maybe I’ll be able to speed it up or at least prevent uh new appearance of the acness on my face so far things are going well here it is my delivery uh let’s open it up and see if everything is all right in there and nothing has been spelled or damaged or anything and I think next week we’re going to start uh using the blue one with vitamin C and let’s see how it goes hopefully everything will be all right next week there will be no classes of psychology for me so because there will be no psychology classes what I’m planning to do I’m going to utilize this sign that I’ll get uh for this week there will be only Spanish for entire week um and then we’ll you know my psychology and media studies class will start again but I don’t really and this week I can start writing emails to the professors I would love to work with in the future uh hopefully they have a spot in their lab i’m also going to ask them if I can visit and if they say yes I think it’s a huge chance for me to introduce myself talk to them and you know maybe uh kind of try to make my break in earlier volunteer for a lab that’s the plan so here it is the stuff I going to use and hopefully uh my acne situation will get even better i sincerely hope so but you never know you never know because it is also very much stress related for me if there will be something very unpleasant and I’ll freak out and it’s all going to start popping up on my face again so hopefully everything is going to be all right and if um there will be any stress I hope it’s going to be a stress not this stress the other thing that I’m hoping to start doing is actually start making my movies again um start writing scenarios again start creating um but no promises i want to do that and this is a good sign because for entire month I just didn’t feel like it and now I do i do feel it again and I want to do um cinematic content i want to do my cinematic short films all over again um hopefully I’ll find some time on the weekend we shall see but if I will be completely honest with you then um even this content like just a simple vlog uh takes a little bit of the time from me uh even though it’s not like cinematic uh videos there’s only uh cinematic color grading aspect to it but overall this is just a vlog this is a very simple standard uh unsupervised unscripted vlog and even this kind of kind of videos they are take time to produce so but let’s see how it goes i’m not going to make any promises but I also not going to say no i’m not going to make my cinematic videos uh I will that’s just a matter of time my final on my final note today I just wanted to show you this this is amazing such a beauty this light this sky oh
