Hello once again. This is brother teacher with some more helpful information on how to stave off or to prevent cancer and to fight free radicals that run rampant in your body and break down your structure, your health system as it were within your body. and after a period of time without your body. In other words, things that are caused within your body internally affect your body externally as well. So, let’s get into it. Vitamin C is one thing that I want to touch on because vitamin C is one of those water soluble vitamins that your body does not store. You must have vitamin C every single day. Every single day of your life. What does vitamin C do? It helps to boost your immune system. What is your immune system? Your immune system is your body’s defense against foreign invaders. To put it bluntly. Foreign invaders to mean free radicals. That means molecules that are distorted and out of balance that are running rampant in your body that can cause cancer. Yes, they can take over your body. And vitamin C helps to coat cancer cells and ultimately destroy them. It fights against bacteria. It fights against other harmful aspects of your body internally. Again, let me look at my notes so I can say this right. Uh infection. I don’t know why I couldn’t say infection, but anyway, vitamin C fights against infection in your body. That’s the most common thing. I mean infection. Now, if you don’t have vitamin C, you’re going to have often times a breakdown of arterial walls. Yes, arteries. Arteries are those parts of your body that carry blood to and from the heart and to and from the organs and to and from the cells and bones and tissues in the body. That’s what an artery does. There are two types of arteries. There are veins, that’s still an artery. There are regular arteries like your aort for example. That’s an artery as well. And then I left out your smaller, more delicate arteries that are really, really tiny. That’s your capillaries. Those are arteries as well. Even though they’re very tiny, they carry blood. Okay. So now, what’s in your blood? your nutrition, your nutrients, your vitamins, your minerals, amino acids, and so forth, and water even. Okay? You need your arteries to be healthy. The walls of the arteries, it’s like a highway. So, anytime you’re lacking in certain nutrients, your artery walls become compromised and they break down. Should I say that again? Your artery walls break down. When they break down, that means that they are not as healthy anymore and they begin to age and wear down. And then when they wear down, there is the possibility of poisons that are within the body leaking from one place to another. So, vitamin C helps to repair and maintain the walls of the arteries. When you’re lacking in vitamin C, more specifically for this particular video, when you’re lacking in vitamin C, those walls of the arteries become weakened. And guess what? When they become weakened and they break down, what is your body’s immune system going to do? It’s going to send some construction workers and they’re going to come and patch the holes up. But guess what? They patch the holes up with or to break up with. They they patch those holes up and those compromised walls up with what? what we typically will want to call cholesterol and calcium. So you have calcium buildup and you have cholesterol built up and then you have the narrowing of your arteries as a result. And when you have narrowing of your arteries, you have what? You have a restriction of blood flow. And pretty much as it relates to the heart is concerned those arteries that lead to and from the heart once you have placation or a narrowing of the arteries or even hardening of the arteries what often times happens is you end up with a heart attack or as it relates to the brain you end up with a stroke because you can’t get oxygenated blood you can’t get nutrition nutrition to those parts of the body and so you have a breakdown in the body. Excuse me for kind of fighting over my answering machine, but I hope you got the point. Play it again if you didn’t get it, please. So, again, vitamin C is a water soluble vitamin. It’s not stored in your body. You must have it every single day. Vitamin C helps fight off disease, helps fight off infection, helps rebuild muscle tissue, all of the uh artery, artery tissue, if you will, the walls as I said earlier. And uh it just helps to rebuild tissue period. You need to have vitamin C amongst many other things. Now, while I’m talking about vitamin C, uh a lot of people don’t know this. I do this virtually every day. I take this guy here called, you know what that is? That’s a lemon. Limes are great as well. These are chocked full of vitamin C along with your other citrus fruits, grapefruits, oranges, and tangerines. and so forth. But oranges uh are good, grapefruits are good, but lemons and limes are really, in my estimation, better. What I do is I juice the peel as well. A greater density of vitamin C is in the peel and a lot of people didn’t know that. As I was about to say, I take my lemon and I juice the whole lemon. I squeeze the juice from the lemon into my green smoothie every morning for the most part. And I cut the lemon in small enough pieces to put in the juicer so they can be ground up into the smoothie. I also add this miracle herb here called ginger. Ginger is an excellent herb as well. You’ve got to have this ready in your home all of the time. This is essential. Ginger has been studied, scientifically proven to even help prevent certain types of cancer to include prostate. Ginger, I take the ginger root the same. All of the old rugged parts on the edges, I trim them off. And I take a nice probably one inch piece along with the peel or the skin if you will. I drop that in the juicer as well. And we cannot forget God’s miracle herb as well. The garlic, three to four bulbs of garlic uh in my juice. Blend it up along with some kale, chlorella, spiralina, turmeric or turmeric which contains curcumin. And you want to add a pinch of black pepper. And I also add some cayenne pepper. Cayenne pepper moves the blood, keeps the blood flowing. And the garlic does aid in this regard as well. Now, there are some uh that say they have a problem with garlic breath. Let me say this. I hate to use the expression to each his own, but I’m being perfectly honest with you. Manto man, man to woman, whoever it is that’s listening to me right now, no one ever told you that health was supposed to feel good. Health was supposed to taste good. In other words, arriving at a state of being healthy. The process of getting healthy. It’s not supposed to be appealing all of the time. Sometimes you are going to have to deal with certain taste, certain aromomas, certain feelings to get your body back in a place of homeostasis or balance. It’s just a fact. When you have hip and knee surgery, what’s the first thing that they do the very next day after you have the surgery? They get you up and moving around so that you don’t lose your ability to walk or become mobile again. Therapy is painful, but it’s necessary. Food is your therapy when you are out of balance. It simply is. You must understand if you really want to be healthy, you must realize that we were never taught this as children for the most part. We didn’t have a instruction manual on how to eat properly when we were very young, unless we were just privileged and grew up in that type of environment. But that’s not the vast majority of us. Most of us grew up eating or consuming an American diet, which is chocked full of junk food, calories that are empty. lot of sugar, especially in the past two get decades. Sugar has just permeated virtually virtually everything that we have in our supermarkets nowadays. Full of sugar, full of sodium, full of art artificial this and that. So, we must learn to get back to nature. Uh it’s the way it was intended to be in the first place. If you want to have a viable lifestyle, if you want to be uh strong, vibrant, energetic, healthy, and sustain your life for as long as you possibly can and have a good quality of life. Stop the madness. Stop consuming all of the things that’s tearing your bodies down because you’re in control. You’re in charge of this thing. This is yours. this is mine, so start taking care of it. I made a lot of mistakes in my life coming up uh through ignorance, not taking care of my body, eating a lot of junk food when I was younger and so forth, and I had to pay for it later. To some degree, I’m paying for it now. But when the veil fell from my eyes, the skills fell from my eyes, and I began to see things how they really were, and I began to experience certain uh illnesses, if you will, or certain uh malfunctions in my physiology. As I began to get older or age, I say, “Wait a minute. Pump the brakes, teacher. It’s time to get on board to good health and better health.” Even though I have been active in the martial arts and fitness most of my life, there’s other aspects of your life that contribute to your health that you may be or may have been ignoring. That time is up. I have a family uh who loves me and depends upon me and they want to see me teacher, husband, father, grandfather around, friends even want to see me around as long as possible because I provide some form of value to them in their lives. So it would be an injustice to myself and it would be selfish of me to deprive my family and my friends of my presence on this earth when I provide such value to them. And I know this and that’s not bragging. That’s not tooting a horn. It’s just a matter of fact. So you should see things the same way. Stop being selfish and start taking care of yourself right now so that you’re around here for a long time and you can leave as much value behind when you finally leave here. It’s simple. Okay. So, you can take the lemon, you can boil you some water, cut it in half, and use half a lemon. Squeeze it in there. All right. Save that other half for your juice later. Your smoothie. Take about three cloves of garlic. Drop them in the water. Take about this much ginger. You can trim this one. Dice it up a little bit so that while the water is boiling on the stove in a non aluminum pan if you will or pot, stainless steel is better, serrate it or stab it up so that the properties inside can come outside of that root while it’s boiling into that water. Save what’s left over for your juice again so you can ground it up in your smoothie later on. put it in a bag in the refrigerator until you get ready to do that. But boil that water for about five minutes. Turn it down or off and let it steep there for a moment. About another five mo minutes if you will. Pour it into a glass. Add some honey for taste if you desire and drink it. You can even add a teaspoon of turmeric along with a pinch of black pepper to help it be bioavailabellable to the body. And you can also add uh a teaspoon of honey. Yes, if I didn’t already say that. Now, uh I would add uh half a teaspoon in this particular hot beverage, cayenne pepper. I would, but be creative.
