What’s up, guys? Coach Nate here today and I’m going to break down the seven daily supplements I take every single day that help me stay on track with my training, energy, and also recovery. Now, real quick, none of these is a magic pill. All right, supplements are meant to support a solid foundation. So, if your sleep’s trash, you’re skipping meals, or you’re not showing up consistently, these won’t save you. That being said, when you do have the right structure in place, these can take things to the next level. So, let’s dive right in. Number one, whey isolate and casein protein. I’m actually out of whey isolate, but we got the casein here. And I typically use both types of protein depending on the time of day. Now, whey isolate is going to be fast digesting. I usually have that post-workout or in the morning if I’m in a rush. Casein, on the other hand, is slow digesting. So, I take it at night before bed. It helps feed the muscles while I sleep and as well as keeps me fuller longer. If you struggle hitting your protein goals, this is one of the easiest ways to close the gap. Number two, creatine monohydrate. This is one of the most researched and effective supplements you can take. I take basically 5 g every single day, no matter if it’s a rest day or a training day. Creatine simply helps with strength, performance, and muscle fullness. It basically gives your body more energy for those extra reps. Now, if you’re serious about progress, this is a non-negotiable. All right, number three, multivitamin. Let’s be real, none of us are perfect with our diet every single day. So, this fills in the gaps and gives me peace of mind that I’m getting the nutrients my body needs to function well, especially when I’m in a deficit or dieting pretty hard. Think of it as insurance. You don’t always need it, but you’ll be glad it’s there. Number four, we got omega-3s or fish oil. Omega-3s help reduce inflammation, support health, and improve joint recovery. So, when you’re lifting consistently, inflammation is going to creep in, and this helps keep that in check. I usually take three capsules per day with my breakfast. Number five, we got electrolytes. Every single day, I will do one scoop of electrolytes mixed in some water, especially before fasted cardio or my lifts. This will help me to stay hydrated, avoid any cramps, and also stay sharp mentally throughout my day. If you’re training hard and you’re sweating a lot, water alone might not cut it. So, this is a small thing that makes a big difference. Number six, vitamin D plus K2. Most people are, in fact, deficient in vitamin D, especially if you’re indoors a lot or live in a cooler climate. I take this with my first meal as well to support immune health, energy, and even testosterone levels. Now, the K2 helps with absorption. So, they basically work very well together. All right, last but not least, number seven. Calcium, magnesium, and zinc. I take this stack because it helps with recovery, sleep, and bone health all in one shot. The calcium helps keeps your bones strong. Magnesium helps you to wind down at night and stay relaxed, and zinc plays a huge role in immune function and hormone support. It’s pretty much an underrated combo, but basically helps me keep the engines running smoothly. All right, guys. So, that is my daily stack. It’s simple, effective, and backed by a ton of research and results. If you’re just starting out, maybe you don’t feel like buying everything at once, just start with whey isolate protein creatine and then build from there. And if you guys want to grab any of these, I’ll link them down in the description below with my Neutrios discount code so you can save some money and support the channel at the same time. Just remember that it’s all about your discipline, having a structured plan, and building consistency that is ultimately going to help you to build the best results as possible. Remember to dial in your nutrition first. Make sure you have a solid workout plan in place. Then from there, start implementing these supplements to help you take it to the next level. God bless and I’ll catch you guys in the next one.
