There’s a few I take every day not matter what ⬇️
1. D3: this is essential… even if you are getting lots of sun. There was a study conducted on surfers in California who spent all day out in the waves and even they were deficient. Maybe this is cuz they were wearing wetsuits but moral of the story is that everyone is deficient in vitamin D, even those who get lots of sun exposure, and give how important it is for things like Testosterone, I always make sure to supplement it!
2. C: what more needs to be said. Vitamin C is essential for so many bodily functions from healing to immune health to protecting you from cellular damage. I think the best way to get it is with some nice citrus fruit, but I supplement it to make sure.
3. B-complex: another essential vitamin for crucial for various bodily functions, including “energy production, cell metabolism, and healthy nerve and blood cell function. It helps the body convert food into energy, supports the nervous system, and is essential for the creation of new blood cells…” I mean, can do you need to hear more?
4. Tongkat ali: the only nootropic I’ve ever found to do anything… the only natural health supplement I’ve ever found to “boost testosterone.” My experience with Tongkat ali was so profound when I first tried it I started a business with my brother since good pure Tongkat ali is hard to get your hands on.
5. Zinc: a vital mineral for immune support. Zinc plays a crucial role in testosterone production and overall male reproductive health. It’s also linked to sperm quality, fertility, and libido. Also good for skin and eye health 😂.
6. Magnesium: super important if you workout a lot. Magnesium is essential for healthy muscle function. It plays a vital role in muscle contraction, relaxation, and energy production.
