This ain’t even a multivitamin yet has all this and it’s way cheap. This has got to be the best supplement hack I’ve ever found. This is supposed to be a hair supplement, but it’s just a cheaper way to be a multivitamin. This has way more specific vitamins that would be looked over. Like biotin is so huge for skin and nails, LCS. And the only reason these are actually cheap as a multivitamin is because it’s not even missing. If you’re someone like me, you just like to buy multivitamins cuz they’re easier. But I would recommend this and it’s on the Tik Tok shop for way cheap. And don’t forget about these benefits.
