Vitamins and supplements I give my toddler to help support his immune system 💪🏼

I am big on using homeopathy, botanicals/herbs, and whole food–based vitamins/supplements to help fill in nutritional gaps and keep his little body strong through all the seasonal bugs. 🌿✨ We focus on gentle, age-appropriate options that support overall wellness – things like elderberry syrup, vitamin D, probiotics, and immune-boosting herbs.

Some brands we love: 💛
orangenaturals
stfrancisherbfarm
a.vogel_canada
beekeepers_naturals
boironcanada
genestrabrandsca

Of course, every child’s needs are different, so always check with your pediatrician or naturopath before starting anything new. ❤️

Here are some of my favorite vitamins that I give my one and a half-year-old so he doesn’t get sick or if he is battling something, they’re just going to help support his immune system. Disclaimer, I am not a doctor. This is not medical advice. Always check with your healthcare professional. If you’re adding any new vitamins or supplements into your kid’s routine, I’m not going to lie, it’s really hard to find stuff that are age appropriate when it comes to medicines and vitamins. But some of my favorites, I really go to homeopathic stuff for him. I know some people don’t think it works. I’ve seen it work. I know it works. It works for my kids. And I like it because I just feel like it’s a safer, more natural option. I love this brand. This is one I discovered with Oakley. I didn’t know about this with Sage. Orange Naturals has a whole homeopathic line. And this teething stuff. I think we’re almost done this bottle. In 10 minutes, the pain is gone. I don’t know what is in this sorcery bottle. This one has a slight like orangey flavor. My kids love it. And they have one for colds, fevers, and flu. Every single morning after breakfast, I do vitamin D3 drops. These are so easy to give them. Another homeopathic line that I love is By Byron. This is They also have a teething one. They come in these little foil packets. They’re like this. And they also, this is the one for colds and congestion and runny nose and sneezing. Love these. I use them for Sage, too. This kids propololis spray is technically for kids two and up, but he’s like almost there. I’ve been using it on him recently. I just do one spray. He really likes it and it really does help. He likes the taste of it. Both my kids will take this no problem. Technically another item that is for ages two and up, but I just give Oakley a small amount and he’s really good at chewing and these are easy to chew. These are echanasia tablets for kids from Avocal. I love these. I’ve been using them for sage for years. I swear it’s how we do not get sick during cold and flu season. Probiotics is something that I’m not as consistent with, but it’s definitely great for gut health and supporting their immune system. You can get ones for kids, babies, adults. Uh we have ones for the whole family. So, I am looking to get back into this. I did get a restock from Janestra, which I’m excited to start using. I also used it when my kids were really young and they’re also starting solids just to help their stomach and digestion. Currently, we don’t do a multivitamin with the kids, but I am looking into one for my four-year-old. For Oakley, I’m really just focusing on getting his nutrition from whole foods and breast milk right now and just supporting his immune system if he gets sick.
