To get enough vitamin D3 from your food, you’ll need 25 eggs daily. Which is why sometimes supplements aren’t optional, they’re practical. There are three such cases. First is vitamin D3. As I said, you need to eat roughly 25 eggs or drink 2 and 1/2 L of fortified milk. Both of which are ridiculous. You can also eat 250 g of fatty fish, which would be great, but difficult to pull off daily. Not to say very expensive. Compare all that to this D3 tablet which is very well absorbed and like 3 rupees. Second is creatine bono hydrate. Very safe, even better researched and extremely beneficial both for your body and your mind. You have to eat like a kilo of fish or a kilo of chicken daily. Again, ridiculous and expensive. Compare that to a supplement which will cost rupees 10 and also get absorbed better. And third is omega3. Now this one is very doable. If you eat fish like spit or bang that is this much daily. But if you don’t eat fish, you’re back to 25 30 eggs a day. And if you’re vegetarian, then it’s basically impossible. So both the fish oil tablets or the vegan tablets end up working better. So yeah, if you don’t want to eat 25 eggs a day, you might want to keep this list handy.
