We’re going to try Neurogum. We’re going to test out if it’s good for training legs. Apparently, this gives you energy. Has caffeine. Has altheenine in it, too. Althanine is like a relaxant for your brain, and it also stimulates it as well. And it improves focus. It’s 40 millig of caffeine per one capsule. So, we’re going to do 80 millig. That’s about a small Red Bull. It’s cinnamon. Doesn’t taste that good, but let’s go and do it. [Music] So guys, as we were training, I actually burst a blood vessel in my eye. Or maybe this neurogum is really getting the best of me right now. We’re smashing legs. Let’s go. Let’s continue it. [Music] I don’t know if a lot of the feeling was from placebo, but it definitely had caffeine in it. It definitely had alenine. I felt focused. I felt jed up. And I didn’t feel jittery. Like pre-workout makes you jittery. It’s nice to chew something while you’re working out, too. Helps you push out those extra reps. All in all, 8 out of 10.
