So, I just restocked my supplements cupboard. In this video, I’m going to tell you what I bought, why I bought it, and how much it cost. Let’s do it. Number one, pause if you want to read the benefits. Creatine monohydrate. Probably the most researched supplement out there for strength and muscle performance. So, I got 1 kilogram for 9281. 5 g a day works out at £485 a month. Number two is a multivitamin. It’s nothing flashy. It just covers the bases because I’m pretty sure my diet is perfect. 240 tablets for £2039. I take two a day and that’s £510 a month. I actually wrote these numbers on my phone. This one’s blank. Just looks cooler. So number three is omega3. Omega 3 is number three. 33 Omega number. I got 250 of these for £1486. So with two a day, that’s £357 a month. Number three is zinc and magnesium. These are a good one for the gym. They’re good for recovery, sleep, and general health. 270 tablets cost me £1614 which works at18 a month. And finally is vitamin D3. Now we get this naturally from sunlight. So not much use here. Okay. Now this is dirt cheap. I got 360 tablets for £9304. So £79 for a month. So the total price of all of this was £117.85 which was quite painful at the time but altogether that’s £1611 a month. So 54p a day. So my bottom line is this.
