You guys really want to know about Chris Bumpstead’s raw pre-workout? Well, let’s talk about it. So, first off, Chris Bumstead is now co-owner of Raw Nutrition, and their pre-workout is $48.99 for 20 full servings, which is definitely premium. For energy, we only have 100 milligs of caffeine, which is definitely a low sim option, but we do have 2 g of yohimi in here, which will give you a stimulatory effect. Now, for a pump, that’s where this thing shines. We start with 7 g of cituline mallet. While I would like to see that pure cituline, it is enough to get the job done on top of three grams of glycerized glycerol and 1.5 grams of agmatine and nitrogen. For focus, we have an incredible 600 millig of alpha GPC, 2 g of tyrrosine, but we do have an underdosed amount of hooperine at 20 micrograms. Plus, there’s no bad alanine, so you won’t tingle. Overall, this is a very interesting pre-workout. It’s low stem, so it’s great for beginners or someone looking to cut caffeine. It has a great pump to it with a more than average focus.
