If you’re just taking vitamin C can boost the vitamin C bioavailability of some kinds of iron. And then also taking grass-fed beef liver supplements is what’s going to help move that iron through your body that don’t make any sense. Oxygen and nutrients through your body body. Otherwise, it’s going to sit dormant and not be working at all in your body. So, this is what’s going to help move the iron through your body through your hemoglobin through every blood cell in your body and transport the nutrients of the iron to every corner of your body. This is where it’s salad. Next into my liquid supplement shot. Vitamin D3. Two droppers. The Wampoo multivitamin liquid. A tablespoon. I just kind of eyeball it. Okay. Adding. Oh, so okay. This is beauty shot. If people do this at home, this could be the perfect storm for like overdosing on some vitamins or iron. Rinse your mouth with water, which can cause issues.
