The clinical dosage that is shown to help with performance is 3.2 g, which means that this is half. You’d have to double scoop some like this to get to your clinical dosage. Meaning that now this 20 servings becomes 10. And you taking in about 400 milligrams just to get your beta alan. How you bouncing off the walls, right? And burning through this fast. Don’t get this.
