Let’s first talk about some fake vitamin ingredients. Okay, so this is something there’s a theme as you may have realized fake vitamin ingredients that we need to be aware of. Of course, a lot of supplements and vitamins uh they have a long list of something called non-medinal ingredients. So, it’s something that we definitely want to be aware of when we’re talking about, you know, really trying to take clean supplements. And you may not have known that even the most natural organic supplements often have some of these compromising ingredients. Now, the ones that I’m going to share today are called red 40 and yellow. And they have usually different numbers associated with them. Yellow five and six is usually what you’re going to see on a label. But this is something that we definitely want to be aware of because this has been linked to hyperactivity in children. And if you suffer with ADD or ADHD, this can make these symptoms worse. And that’s as a child or as an adult. And of course, it’s something that I share in my book and a lot more details about other very compromising ingredients that you need to be aware of in your vitamins. There’s kind of a theme. Like I said, we’ve been sharing different ones over the last few weeks and when we’re here live in the show. So, that is in my book. And you can make yourself very aware of what you are ingesting in your supplement.
