Here’s my protein stack by Rule One Proteins and everything that I take on a daily basis. I’m going to be showing you what I take, how much, and when I take them to get the best results possible. With my breakfast, I have one scoop of fruits and greens, one scoop of glutamine for gut support and collagen for healthy hair and skin, but I also take my fish oils and multivitamins with this as well. Before every workout, I always go with pre- lift because the 300 g of caffeine makes me feel amazing. Plus, I do one scoop of pump along with one scoop of citrine to help drive more blood flow into my muscles for a crazy pump in my workout session. Post-workout is probably the most important because I want to get enough protein to help with my recovery. So, I do two scoops of whey along with one scoop of creatine to make sure that my body has everything that it needs. And as a bonus, to make sure I’m properly hydrated, I mix one scoop of EAS along with one scoop of electrolytes to my gallon of water for a good flavor boost.
