Vitamin deficiencies. This is one that’s so common, but basically our diet is so processed right now, especially the B vitamins, vitamin D. This deficiency is very common in especially older adults. The B vitamins, magnesium, vitamin D, all these different vitamins. It can lead to inflammatory processes, your body not working properly. You can supplement these and a lot of times people feel better. But not just that, vitamins are can be some of the best treatments for peripheral neuron neuropathy. Even if you have some of the other causes, I have a video, my top 10 vitamins for perph neuropathy, but the number one and number two options. For example, pretty much anybody with peronuropathy, my patients, not everybody, but a good chunk of them have rapid improvement with significant improvement. And it’s not like crazy expensive treatments. It’s about getting to the root cause of your deficiencies, your diet, getting healthy, exercising, and getting that type of improvement.
