what kind of protein y’all use and what what’s like a good protein versus a bad protein. Number one is quality and that ranges all the way from like gluten, which is a plant protein. It’s missing a lot of the key amino acids you actually need to get jacked. And so if you eat a shitload of bread, you’re like, I’m going to get jacked. Like you’re false. That’s not going to happen. And then you work up through like legumes and and nuts. Tofu is pretty good. All animal products pretty much or almost all of them like meats and stuff and milks are really, really high quality. Whey protein is so far the highest quality thing they’ve tested. So egg whites are 100 on the score. They’re like the best. And then they tested whey protein and it scored 104.
