speaking of the aforementioned doctor he is joining us now with his glasses so those are some questions that you’ve been asking yourselves about protecting yourself and your families from the virus first question how soon can I get a vaccine booster after covid-19 infection uh so this is a popular question so you can get it as soon as you are done with your symptoms and you completed your recommended isolation I I know that the new isolation guidelines say that you can shorten it to 5 days and I agree with that but I do think that you should probably wait until the full 10 days is completed before you get your shot all right another question here uh a lot of talk about masks and which ones are best so how long can I keep using my n95 mask so this question is uh debated a lot about how many times can you use a mask and the recommendations seem to center around five full separate days uh personally I think it’s really just about how clean and dry you can keep that mask uh to keep it clean I avoid touching the mask on the surface only only use the side straps and the sides of the mask and also to keep it dry I like to keep it in a dry paper bag and that way I can keep it isolated but I can also easily tell if the bag gets wet wow my only rule is the 5 second rule does not apply I mean I’ve dropped it on the gr and we’re done keep your questions coming please don’t send them to robot please I promise I won’t I prom and I will not be borrowing mask from robot oh yes send your questions folks to Dr Sutton on his Instagram that’s dr.
