prostate and plus I will share with you some of the exercises actually four exercises I will share with you those are very effective you should do if you don’t want to have any of the issues with here also because actually vitamin D3 reduces the inflammation inside the body it helps hormones to function well and disturbance in the hormones or inflammation in the body these are the two major reasons of prostate problem I’ll explain you in this video first of all make it clear that it’s not so that always you are having problem in the prostate and you have to treat the prostrate many time it happens that you are having problem in the pelvic region it can be damage it can be trauma it can be muscle tear any kind of damage trauma or inflammation that has happened in the pelvic region and this actually triggers the prostate and you feel the symptoms of prostis or BPH and many times doctors also prescribe medicine for prostate even antibiotics are prescribed but actually we don’t don’t need them we need to treat the hip joint we need to treat the pelvic region and maybe this is the reason for prostrate problem so if you are suffering from lower back pain or if you are suffering from shitia or if you are suffering from any of the discomfort in the hip joint then it’s better to treat it first and see is your prostate problem related to the damage in the pelvic region or not don’t just die ly jump to the treatment of prostate this is what you can try also as we all know that prostate problem starts with the age now why with the age what I have seen in my practice is when the testosterone levels they go down problem with the prostrate starts so maintaining good levels of testosterone can help you in prostrate also plus if a male is having more DHD that’s dihydrotestosterone what is DHT our body converts testosterone to DHD by the help of enzyme 5 Alpha depas if this is more DHD then it burns our hair that’s why with the age a male loses his hair and plus problems of prate star so DST can be also a reason for prostate issues now why this happens vitamin D3 plays a big role very big role in balancing the hormones as I have told you so vitamin D3 can be very very helpful even for testosterone also it has been seen that males of above 50 years of age 50% of them are prone to have problems with prostate and a male of age 75 or above 90% of them suffer from prostate problems again it can be because of low levels of testosterone or higher level of DHD in the body and plus vitamin D3 is going to reduce the inflammation it’s going to give the strength to your joint so that you don’t have any of the problems with the hip joint or you don’t get vear and tear in the hip muscles so vitamin D3 is going to play very very crucial role plus using zinc is going to be helpful zinc is also very very important if you want to have healthy prostrate third and most important thing for prostate health is going to be exercises if you’ll be doing exercises that help you to build strong and good legs C buttocks those exercises are going to help you in prostate also you can do any exercises whichever you want plus I will share with you some of the stretches over here do these stretches every single day from the first day you are going to feel the effect that yes they are giving good effects on the prostate so the first stretch is happy baby stretch you have to just lay down on your spine and as you can see in the video you have to hold your legs see properly how I’m holding my legs from which side my hands are holding the feet in this way hold them and then press it down press it down and wherever you feel the maximum stretch hold over there for at least 15 to 30 seconds when you’ll be doing it you are going to feel sensation and your prostate also it’s so effective it’s very good exercise for all of your hip joint and your prostate you can do this happy baby pose two three times in a day as you are comfortable how many rounds to do at least two to three rounds you have to do it and before doing any of the exercise it’s better to warm up that’s for sure and after warming up do these exercises happy baby pose is going to be very effective and while holding the happy baby pose then start rolling your body as kids do as happy baby do you have to roll you have to enjoy doing this exercise if you are not comfortable you don’t have such good stretching then just take one leg and perform the same stretch with one leg push it hold as much as you can and then repeat the same from another leg so in this way you can do happy baby pose second exercise is butterfly as simple as that I know many people might have problems while doing butterflies so I will tell you two ways to do it first is beginner one so just hold your legs as you can see in the video and then lean forward as you lean forward you are going to feel very good stretch in the internal thigh this stretch is going to help you a lot if you are very comfortable doing this exercise as I was then go for full butterfly full butterfly as you can see in the video just hold your legs and push them towards your pelvis and as much as you can press hold over there and then start flying like a butterfly this stretch is awesome for your headp joint for your pelvic region this is going to help you in prostate so this is the second one third one is doing the same butterfly but laying down so lay down on your back and then do the butterfly in this you don’t have to move your legs but you have to push your knees with your elbows just tuck the elbows on the knees and push them while you’ll be pushing you’ll feel Big Stretch this stretch you have to hold for again for 15 to 30 seconds if you can you can hold it for long and this is going to stretch all of the pelvic region and it is going to give very good effects to your prostate also so hold over here as much as you’re comfortable then release this is third stretch fourth one is half Superman pose you have to be in the position as you can see in the video and then you have to raise one hand and opposite to that hand raise the leg means if your right hand is forward then raise your left leg and if your left hand is forward then raise your right leg in this way stretch your feet and your hands and feel the stretch on your spine while you will be stretching tuck your belly in and feel whole of the body’s weight on your stomach on your abs so you should be feeling lots of pressure on your abs tuck them and feel the pressure and feel whole of the body’s weight on your abs this exercise is going to be very effective for your glutes for your lower spine for your upper spine whole of the body you can say and for your abdominal muscles also having strong abdominal muscle is very important if you want to have healthy and good prostate because these muscles hold the the organs below and plus these muscles also hold the lower back and the hip joint also that’s why having strong core is also important that’s why I have included this exercise so these are the four exercises that you can do every single day simple one I hope everyone can do these stretches now let’s move
