It has now been exactly 6 months since the patent on this the skin suitical CE furic expired and to say that the floodgates of vitamin C formulations have opened might be an understatement. We have had so many new vitamin C launches and I think to this point these are my personal favorites. As always, this video isn’t sponsored and it’s not in paid partnership. So, if you appreciate truly independent skincare advice, make sure to like and follow along. First up, we have the Polish Choice C15 Super Booster. Now, this was actually around before skin suiticles patent expired, but since then they’ve tweaked the pH of this product to more align it with the original skin suiticles. Better penetration rate, more stability with again not breaching the patent cuz it doesn’t exist anymore. This is around half the price of the skin suiticles. Still not super inexpensive, so don’t get me wrong, but half the price for the exact same formulation has to be a win. This is a much more affordable option, the Dr. Brena Vitamin C Serum. This uses that vitamin C. It uses all those great antioxidants in a very like forlike pH as the skin suiticles. So, you’re going to get the basic same outcome with this product, but at a fraction of the cost. I also prefer this to skin suiticles, not just because of the price, but because it’s fresher. They shift a lot more volume. So, that when you get it, it’s going to be a lot fresher than skin suiticles, meaning you’re just going to have a better shelf life. I absolutely love this and you guys put me on to it with your recommendations. Not technically a dupe, but a new vitamin C, which I think a lot of brands have launched vitamin C’s after the patent expired. Not to dupe skin suiticles, but rather to take advantage of us, the skincare consumer’s newfound interest in vitamin C’s. And this is the medicate C tetra advanced. This actually uses a high potency vitamin C derivative. So, it’s a different formulation to skin suiticles, but it is definitely up there when it comes to performance. If you have super sensitive skin and you’re a little bit worried about using pure form vitamin C, get this. It uses plant-based exosomes to really help the penetration of this vitamin C. And this gave me the best glow up I have ever got from a vitamin C bar by none. Then last, but by no means least, an oldie but a goodie. Another product that existed before the skin suiticles patent expired, but have since rejigged their pH in order to get maximum enhancement. This is the Sea Glow by Geek and Gorgeous. I love them before. thought I love them even more now. Doesn’t get fresher than this. And look at that price. £12 around $15. You will not find a fresher, more affordable vitamin C than this. If you haven’t tried it, get it in your skincare routine. You will love it. As I said, not sponsored, independent. And if you like, follow for more. Take care.
