Something that’s a little bit scary in the vitamin industry is the fact that there could be a lot of accessory things that are thrown in vitamins for whatever reason. Uh, one of them is hydrogenated cotton seed oil. All right? So, I want you to check your labels very carefully and it will say non-medinal ingredients and you’re looking for hydrogenated cottonseed oil. If that is in your supplement, that is a telltale sign that that is just not a high quality supplement. I’m just going to say it. I’m very honest. All right? It is a refined oil and it’s high in trans fats and we know that trans fats are not so great for your cardiovascular system and as found in the research that those trans fats actually increase the risk of heart disease and stroke and it has been associated with coronary artery disease, sudden death from cardiac causes and even diabetes.
