I just use this basic recipe, I use a lot of it and use it up in a week, but you can make it last longer with vitamin C and more potent with ferulic acid and lots of other things. Not sure of the appropriate formulas but I’ll look for some reliable resources and put them here when I find them.

I’m 54 and I want to show you one of the ways that I take care of my skin in a an extremely affordable way through the ordinary eloscorbic acid just a powder and it’s very finely mil which is important because that helps it dissolve. There are other ascorbic acids eloscorbic acid you want eloscorbic acid it’s more bioavailable. Um there’s other eloscorbic acids that are just too coarse. I mean, if if you happen to have bought it, try grinding it in a coffee grinder and just, you know, getting it down to a a powdery consistency. But, you know, this is the same price, so you might as well just get what I do is I make my own serum and and I use an amber bottle because the vitamin C needs to go in amber or dark bottles in order to protect it from light, which will oxidize it. And I actually only keep this for a week. And I mix it with distilled water and glycerin about I think about a teaspoon of vitamin C, a teaspoon of vegetable glycerin. And then I fill it up with water. But there are other things that you can add. Vitamin E to make it more preservative and I think furillic acid. Just put it all over. And because it’s so inexpensive, I just And because I I’m going to throw it out in a week. Really, you know, I think it’s just going to turn into like a more yellow color. That’s when it starts oxidizing. I put it all over my body. It’s like putting like a $50 all over, but it just costs I don’t know. I don’t know how much it costs. Maybe a dollar. had a skin cancer removed and it’s now that it’s healed um it may be helpful in in reducing the appearance of the scar. That’s what I’m hoping. Absolutely incredibly highly highly recommend this. It’s so easy. Maybe get a little funnel too to help you get through the this opening. And then you can buy these amber bottles as well online. Highly recommend it. highly I mean I can’t say it enough because vitamin C serums are so expensive like they they break down quickly but you could just keep making this every week and you’re good and you have the highest the best form of vitamin C for your face which is eloscorbic acid.
