We’re going to be eating our vitamin A today by making the viral carrot salad. I mainly just wanted to do it because the carrot salad looks so good. First things first, we’re going to peel a bunch of carrots. Use a peeler that makes them into really thin slices. Add the slices to a mixing bowl. All right, we have our peeled carrots. Add some minced garlic. Just measure with your heart. About a tablespoon of rice vinegar. 2 tbsp soy sauce. Tablespoon of sesame oil. I’m also going to add some green onion, too. Give this a really good mix and let set for about like 15 to 20 minutes. You’re also supposed to add a lime and sesame seeds, but I don’t have any. Let this carrot salad marinate. All right, she is marinated. Let’s give it a taste test. At first, I was skeptical. Carrots aren’t like my most favorite, but this is delicious. This is a fantastic nutrient-dense snack. Oh, yeah. I’m sold.
