You guys, this stuff has become a bedtime ritual for me. This is Nell Super Calm, and when I drink this, I literally sleep like a baby every single night. This is actually my second pack, and you know it’s good when you’re going and rebying it. I had the raspberry lemonade flavor before, but this is the blue coconut, and I like this one just a little bit more. On the back, it says it has ashwagandha, eltheanine, magnesium, and vitamin D3. So, it just helps you sleep really well, and you wake up not groggy at all. And I’m pretty sure it helps with your cortisol levels, which is amazing.
