If you’re in the fitness industry or just workouts in general, you’ve probably heard of this new peptide that is apparently the new and improved form of osimpic and helps you lose fat without having to do much cardio. This peptide is known as reatrite. And off the rip, I just want to say this. If you were trying to get as shredded as humanly possible or if you’re overweight, hopping on a GLP1 could be one of the most useful things you ever do to not only improve your health, but also to help you lose weight and maintain that weight loss after developing the proper habits to help you stay at a lean point for the rest of your life. It is not some magical powerful tool that works instantly by just burning off your fat by changing absolutely nothing. In order to lose fat, you still have to abide by the laws of thermodynamics. As in, you have to be in a calorie deficit. What does that mean? It means simply having less calories than your body needs to maintain its current weight. It can sound more complicated when you get into the nuanced discussion of it, but I promise you, if you are having less calories than your body needs to maintain its current weight, you will lose weight. And I feel like most people especially nowadays that talk about retoutide don’t actually understand how it works or why it was even created. So in this video we’re going to talk about this peptide entirely. We’re going to go over what reachutide is, how it stacks up to the epatitide as well as oimpic and why people are wanting to use it in the first place and why people are calling it the next generation when it comes to fat loss peptides. First to understand what ratutide is and how it works you need to understand what oimpic is along with what tuseptide is and how teptide works. When it comes to Osimpic, it is strictly a GLP-p1 agonist. It does not work on glucagon or GIP. It strictly works on GLP-1. What this means is that at its core, what Osimpic does is it slows down digestion, reduces appetite, and helps with overall blood sugar control. And with Osimpic, it works well, but weight loss tops out at around 12 to 15% and people usually have more side effects with Ozimic compared to Tierepide and Reatutide. With Tzepside, it is a dual GLP1 agonist, which means it hits GLP1 and GIP. And with Tzepide, the way to think about it is that it is simply more efficient than oyic because it has more appetite suppression and works on GLP1 and GIP. So, think of it as an improved version of osimpic with a little bit less side effects and more appetite suppression. When it comes to vertide, it is known as a triple agonist because it hits GLP1, glucagon, and GIP rather than just one or two of those three. Like we said earlier, GLP-1 simply helps with slowing down digestion, helping by reducing appetites and improving your insulin sensitivity and controlling your overall blood sugar levels. With GIP, it enhances insulin release and also balances glucose levels. Lastly, with glucagon, this is the only receptor that ratide works on that osimpic and tricepide do not. And what ratide does with this glucagon receptor is essentially improve your overall basil metabolic rate and improving your energy expenditure at a baseline level. Along with this, it also helps utilize fats for energy rather than glucose. So, when it comes to ritatide, it’s not just helping you eat less food and stay more full. It’s also helping your body burn more calories at a baseline level. That way, even when you’re just resting at home, your body is still more efficient overall at burning fat compared to what it would otherwise be. When it comes to the clinical trials for vertide, they’re still in phase three at the time of me making this video, but so far we have seen that some people have seen a 24% reduction in body weight in under just 1 year. with all of his hype behind it. So many people call it a cheat code and claim that it works and you don’t have to do anything else when it comes to your diet, sleep, and training. So, let’s set this straight. True tide is not magic or a cheat code whatsoever. It’s not going to build an uncertain amount of muscle whatsoever. It’s not going to randomly fix your habits when it comes to having a poor diet and or poor sleep and poor training. And lastly, it comes with risks as all peptides and supplements do. Some people experience nausea, others experience gut issues, and some even have hormonal disruption. But I personally have not experienced this at all. But my point here is that you should always strive to use the minimum effective dose when it comes to using something like reachide and not just hop on it without doing any research at all. Always start low, see how you feel, get blood work done if you want to be as safe as possible and obviously consult with a doctor or a coach if you have the opportunity to do so. And something else I want to mention is that most people that are buying reachide don’t actually know where they’re getting it from and do not know if the source is good quality whatsoever. So please do not be that person. Don’t make a mistake like that. As we get to the end of this video, I want to go over who Ritatide is for. If you’re clinically considered obese, pre-diabetic, or struggling with binge eating, then I would say that this would be one of the most effective peptides you could use to enhance your life and change it for the better, especially if you go about using it the right way. However, if you’re already lean around 13 to 14% body fat and you’re wanting to use reatide just to get down to 10% body fat, that’s most likely not worth it at all. Unless you’re competing for a bodybuilding show and wanting to utilize something like reach tide for the final few weeks to get you down to 5 to 6% body fat. Remember that reat is not a hack. It is not some random cheat code. you still have to put in the work and have guidance and or understand what you’re doing when it comes to dieting, sleeping, training, understanding how to get to your overall dream physique. With that being said, I’m not a doctor. I’m here to make this video strictly forformational purposes to document my own experience because I myself have my dad on vertitude tide and he has lost well over 50 lbs over the last 6 months of me working with him. For oneonone coaching, DM me the word coach on Instagram or fill out my coaching application form in the description below. When it comes to where to get peptides from or how to reconstitute them, dose them out, pin them, etc., I have a guide on my website which is completely free. And if you still need more help, DM me on Instagram if you have any random questions about that at all. I personally get my peptides from the sources in the beacons link in my bio in the description and you will find everything you need there along with my website. But yeah, love you guys. I appreciate you guys. Add me on Snapchat at Casemranger 2 if you have not already. And I will see you guys in the next video. Peace out.
