1. Patch Test First-Apply a tiny amount behind the ear or on your jawline.Wait 24 hours.If no burning, rash, or irritation → you’re good to go.
2. Use Vitamin C Serum at Night (Short-Contact Method)
If you have sensitive skin or you’re new to Vitamin C:Apply a thin layer after cleansing.Leave it on for 10–20 minutes ONLY (“short contact”).Rinse it off and follow with moisturizer.
After 1–2 weeks, if skin tolerates it well:
You can gradually start leaving it on overnight instead of rinsing.
