Mateo Messi, one of the sons of Lionel Messi, widely regarded as the greatest player of all time, has set social media on fire over the past few hours.
Mateo, who plays in the youth ranks of Inter Miami, scored a stunning bicycle kick goal that is now going viral.
This is not the first time the youngest of the Messi brothers has made headlines online.
Nearly a month ago, when Inter Miami’s first team won the MLS Cup, Mateo caught the spotlight during the celebrations by showing off his ball skills on the pitch, making it clear that the Messi DNA is here to stay. In 2024, he even managed to score five goals in a single match.
