The 8-Week Winter Movement Challenge combines simple, gentle movement with reflective mental wellness practices to support routine, resilience, and self-care during winter.
Whether you’re navigating the winter blues, adjusting to shorter days, or simply looking for ways to move that feel good to your body, this challenge is designed to meet you where you are.
