LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) – The Laredo Public Health Department is offering weekly mental health and wellness activities to help residents focus on mental fitness alongside physical health resolutions.
The sessions take place every Thursday at 10 a.m. at 520 Reynolds St. and include activities ranging from breathing and meditation exercises to arts and crafts projects.
The department designed the weekly activities to help participants strengthen and develop their mindset throughout 2026.
The wellness sessions are part of the department’s approach to comprehensive health, addressing mental wellness as residents work toward their New Year’s goals.
