USA – Quest Nutrition, a flagship brand under The Simply Good Foods Company, launched two new flavors to its popular protein chips line: Mexican Street Corn and Pizza.
The launch underscores Quest’s commitment to innovation in the high-protein snacking segment and its focus on expanding consumer choice with crave-worthy, nutritious options.
Mexican Street Corn will be available exclusively at Target beginning in January, and Pizza, now exclusively at Walmart, will be available nationwide in February.
This dual-channel approach highlights Simply Good Foods’ emphasis on leveraging big-box retailers to scale Quest’s distribution and visibility nationwide.
Quest Protein Chips have become a leading choice for consumers seeking snacks that balance taste with nutrition.
Each serving contains 18-20 grams of protein, only 3-4 grams of net carbs, and is gluten-free, kosher, and keto-friendly.
With the addition of these two varieties, Quest’s chip portfolio now includes 13 flavours, ranging from classics like Sour Cream & Onion to bold options like Spicy Sweet Chilli.
Mexican Street Corn Tortilla Style Chips are crunchy protein chips seasoned with the bold, tangy, and spicy-sweet flavors of roasted corn, chili, and creamy queso. Packed with 19g protein and 4g net carbs per serving.
Pizza Tortilla Style Chips are bursting with tangy tomato and gooey cheese flavours, and a crispy crunch that delivers your favourite slice in snack form. Packed with 19g protein and 4g net carbs per serving.
According to Mike Clawson, Chief Commercial Officer and General Manager of Quest, the launch reflects the brand’s mission to push the boundaries of high-protein, low-sugar snacking.
“As more brands enter the protein snack space, it’s more important than ever to be clear about what real protein snacks should deliver,” said Mike Clawson.
The timing of the launch also aligns with seasonal consumer behavior, as many Americans begin the new year with health-focused resolutions.
Quest’s expansion into bold, familiar flavors like Pizza and Mexican Street Corn positions the brand to meet demand for snacks that are both satisfying and supportive of wellness goals.
With these new additions, Quest Nutrition continues to reinforce its leadership in the high-protein snacking market, offering consumers more variety while staying true to its promise of taste and nutrition.
Simply Good Foods’ investment in flavor innovation and retail strategy signals ongoing growth opportunities in the evolving better-for-you snack category.
