“I think the number one thing for 2026 right now is people really training longevity. So, they’re really looking at their health long-term now. And, coming from a strength promponent, that’s really fun to see. One of the things we lose is muscle mass if we don’t use it, and it’s one of the things that people tend not to work as much. So, the fact that it’s on everyone’s radar in 2026, as a professional in this business for 24 years, it’s really exciting to see,” said Mello.
