
I’ve visited countless retreats over the years and unsurprisingly enjoyed most of them. But the ones I truly treasure are those that, however subtly, shifted something in me.
Offering far more than great facials or massage, these were defined by intention, rigour and care. In supporting the mind, body or both, they created the conditions to heal, recalibrate and regain equilibrium.
