So far, 12 people have been hospitalized with salmonella nationwide, with more than 60 cases reported across 28 states, including one person from the Tri-Cities.

Individuals can also have bloody diarrhea.”
Most people recover from salmonella within four to seven days without needing medical treatment, suggesting there could be more unreported cases.
