Kylie Kelce is sharing how she maintains her fitness routine with four kids.

The mom of four, 33, candidly shared her approach to working out as a busy mom during her “Ask Me Some Things” segment during the Thursday, Jan. 29 episode of her Not Gonna Lie podcast. Kylie, who shares her children with husband Jason Kelce, 38, shared that she tries her “very best not to get in my head” about maintaining a strict schedule.

“The last time I worked out was three weeks ago in the living room. I think I AirPlayed my Peloton app to the TV, and then I used my children as weights. So, that was fun,” she joked. “Maybe I’ll do that today.”

“I try my very best not to get in my head. Some days I’m gonna work out. Some days I’m not. Some days I eat really healthy. Some days I don’t. It all evens out,” she continued. “There will come a time where I will be in a season of life where I get some of the time in my day back to myself and I get to allocate that to working out. I am very excited for that, but I am certainly not wishing away the things that keep me from that right now.”

Kylie went on to say that she currently spends her time “doing tasks that benefit our family as a whole.”

“I currently spend the time that I am not working out doing tasks that benefit our family as a whole, cooking dinner, sitting down for meals together, doing things that I also find joy in,” she said. “So I think the mantra is it will all even out.”

“But as soon as I start getting a full night’s sleep, I cannot wait to wait up consistently early in the morning and get a workout in before my kids wake up,” she added. “I’m so excited for that. And it’s okay to look down the road and be excited about that and know that it’s not here right now.”

The doting mom and the retired NFL star first became parents in October 2019 with the birth of their daughter, Wyatt, 6. Since then, the couple have welcomed three more daughters, Finnley, 9 months, Bennett, 2, and Elliotte, 4. During her podcast episodes, Kylie regularly shares updates on her kids, her motherhood journey and their development.

On Wednesday, Dec. 24, the episode of New Heights, Kylie joined her husband and brother-in-law for a special holiday spectacular. Kylie revealed during the conversation the punishment she gives her children if they curse.

“When our kids say something they shouldn’t say right now, it’s soap in your mouth,” she said.

The Not Gonna Lie podcaster shared that her oldest daughter has tried out a few curse words, recalling one particular moment when she had “immediate” remorse.

“To be fair, Wyatt test drove the word bitch a couple times,” she shared. “The one time I do remember, she used it in proper context, which wasn’t difficult. Ellie was inside the house, and Wyatt was closing the front door, and she went, bitch. And closes it really slowly and said it at the same time.”

“As soon as I opened the door, she was like, ‘Sorry.’ And immediate buyer’s remorse. Immediate,” continued Kylie. “She knew what was coming. It was a bar of soap.”

While the doting mom shared that she didn’t give her daughter the bar of soap that time, she said Wyatt knows she’s “not joking” about it.

“I don’t know that she got it that time because she had buyer’s remorse very quickly, but she has gotten it before, which is why she knows I’m not joking about a bar of soap,” she explained. “You can’t do empty threats. That’s what you can’t do.”
