This week, we are glad to recognize Dr. Niwako Ogata, who is an associate professor of animal behavior, for her exceptional leadership skills and her ability to create a motivating learning environment. A trainee shared, “Dr. Ogata’s empathy, patience, and clear guidance consistently make my work smoother. She creates a light, funny, and encouraging environment that helps us stay focused and confident while pushing ourselves to improve. Her leadership is genuinely inspiring.”
